However, his grandson Lin Hong also can't touch the light of elegance, and he blames the old leaf Lin Kui who is overly forced to boast about Haikou: "No wife, no wife, no wife crane." The tone is so high that as soon as they say that they are lin kui's descendants, people laugh at Lin Hong's mess.

This book is based on wild vegetables, beans, melon fruits, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and other ingredients from the mountains, as well as chicken, duck, sheep, fish, shrimp, crabs and other mushrooms from the mountains, which are based on the fat and fragrant wind and moon, which still makes me a greasy old lady yearn for!

In particular, in Lin Hong's "Mountain Family Offering", there is a brewed dish mother-in-law that I personally think is quite wonderful! This dish is made by steaming a tender lotus bun with mandarin fish, called a lotus bun.

My method of improving it is to cut the bottom of the lotus head, dig out the meat, and then mix the live mandarin fish pieces with wine, sauce and spices into the lotus hole. Put it back on the bottom and steam it in a pot. Ancient ingredients were not as easy to obtain as they are now, and mandarin fish was a particularly precious ingredient in the Song Dynasty. The "History of Song" records a filial son named Li Dao, whose old mother was ill, and he wanted to cook mandarin fish soup many times.

According to the "Mountain Family Qing Offering", the lotus flower in the tender room (Note: lotus head) is cut off at the bottom, the hole is left in the pot, and the wine, sauce, spices and live mandarin fish pieces are solid inside, and it is still steamed in the bottom sitting pot.

The nails are green, and the hands of the mandarin fish are sour, and they can bear it. I just think that the lotus puff honey with fish is too weird (in ancient times, if you want to show off your wealth, you like to put sweetness), and the soup base, the "fisherman father three fresh" has to use lotus flowers, chrysanthemums and diamond juice, it does have the fairy style of "plum wife crane", I am not a fairy, I can only smile before killing myself.
