Overly salty

Move less and sit still

At present, with the improvement of quality of life, sedentary, less movement is not conducive to good health, prone to metabolic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, etc., these diseases have certain damage to the kidneys, early complications may not be obvious, to the later stage will lead to damage to the heart and kidneys and other organs.
