On December 16, the police of the 10th Brigade of the Fourth Branch of the Expressway Public Security Bureau of the Sichuan Provincial Public Security Department carried out their work at the S76 Muma Expressway Lidian Toll Station. At about 14:00, a Sichuan L license plate coach car carrying trainees stopped, and the police found that the driver's eyes were full of blood, and there was a smell of alcohol on his body, which was suspected of drunk driving. After testing, the test result of driver Yu Moumou was 30mg/100mL, which constituted drinking driving.
In the face of the test results, Yu Moumou shouted "wronged", saying that he only drank a little too much the night before, and did not drink alcohol during the day. The cadets in the car also testified that their instructor had indeed drunk the night before and had just woken up.
After preliminary investigation, the driver, Yu Moumou, 38 years old, a mabian person, usually works as a coach at a driving school. On the evening of the 15th, he sent a car of students to Leshan to take the next day's exam, and drank some wine with friends during the break. According to Yu Moumou's self-report, he "usually has a bad amount of alcohol, drinking allergies, and vomited after drinking that night", and after arriving at the hotel, he slept heavily and did not wake up until noon the next day. Thinking that he had "already vomited wine" the night before, Yu Moumou drove the students who had finished his exam and returned to Lidian from Leshan, and he knew that he had just got off the highway and was arrested by the high-speed public security.
As a driving school instructor, Yu Moumou should understand the existence and harm of the phenomenon of "overnight drinking". If a traffic accident occurs on the highway with a car of trainees after drinking, the consequences are unimaginable. The police gave a severe criticism to Yu Moumou's illegal behavior, and issued a notice of illegal handling on the spot, ordering him to go to the brigade as soon as possible to accept the treatment.
Because Mr. Yu was driving a coach car when he was investigated and punished, which was an operational vehicle, on December 20, the police punished him for driving a commercial motor vehicle after drinking alcohol in accordance with the law, fined 5,000 yuan, revoked his driver's license, and could not obtain a driver's license within five years, and was sent to the Muchuan County Detention Center for 15 days of administrative detention.
