The research team began recruiting volunteers in late September, and so far more than 11,500 people have participated in the trial. The trial includes two vaccines, three others will be included soon, and more may be included. WHO invites all countries and research centres to participate in this trial.
On the 22nd local time, the anti-new coronavirus oral drug Parkrovid produced by Pfizer was authorized for emergency use by the US Food and Drug Administration, which can be used to treat patients with mild to moderate symptoms of new crown pneumonia.
