On January 31, Eredivisie giants Eindhoven officially announced that the team and AC Milan have agreed to loan Swiss left-back Ricardo Rodriguez until the end of the season. According to previous reports, the transfer included a mandatory rent-before-buy agreement worth a total of €6 million.
The Swiss international opted for the number 68 shirt because it was the year his mother was born. In the summer of 2017, AC Milan spent €15 million to bring in R. Ronaldo from Wolfsburg and has so far played 93 games for the Rossoneri in all competitions, scoring four goals. But after Theos Hernandez joined San Siro this season, R Ronaldo gradually lost his playing opportunities, playing only five times in the league.
