It is a new store, and there is no old shop elsewhere, so there is no aged marinade, and the words of marinade that are more than 100 years old in the society at that time are not related to Shen Ji. Therefore, according to the opening time of the store sooner or later, and the historical circulation of the marinade, it is inferred that the authentic representative of the meat and bones of the Sanfeng Bridge should be Wang Yuxing, and the careful memory is not qualified.
One more thing to prove. In 1955, when I was still in Hong Kong, I met a fellow villager, Miss Wang Lizhen. She said that she was the daughter of the owner of the Sanfengqiao Wang Yuxing delicatessen shop, and that their Sanfengqiao delicatessen shop was liquidated by the struggle during the "three antis" and had been publicly run, so the three of them exiled to Hong Kong; However, Prudential records do not have public enterprises, which shows that Prudential Records is not qualified enough to disdain publicly operating it. We are here now, we say that Shen ji is the famous Sanfeng Bridge meat bone representative, not Wang Yuxing, the author's speculation, in the hometown, everyone only said "Sanfeng Bridge meat bone", and no one specified the meat bone of which shop in Sanfeng Bridge, so now it is blurred, do not know which one is the first to create, which is authentic, only know "Sanfeng Bridge meat bone", so the Prudent Ji leaning on the side of the Sanfeng Bridge as a representative and obliterate the real qualified representative Wang Yuxing.
Five or six years ago, the original "yellow basket head" (this is a basket made of bamboo head, two pieces of pairs of things used to package cooked meat, meat bones, hometown called "yellow basket head") packaged Wuxi meat bones, shipped to Hong Kong to sell, in exchange for foreign exchange is now gone, on the one hand, the lack of products, on the other hand, it is said that the Dashiqiao River has been filled in a few years ago to change into a road, the houses along the river on both sides of the river have been completely demolished, these two Sanfengqiao meat and bone shops, also demolished. Since now, the meat bones of the Sanfeng Bridge have become a historical relic, and they will return to their hometown in the future, and the authentic method of making meat bones may have been lost since then.
