Where a submitted video uses other film and television works as materials, attention should be paid to appropriate citations, which must not affect the normal use of the original work, and must not harm the legitimate rights and interests of the rights holder of the original work and the persons appearing on camera.

Videos must not divert third-party platforms, must not contain any commercial promotion information, must not play pornography and vulgar edge balls, and must not title parties, cover parties, etc.
