On February 18, 2021, the seventh day of the first lunar month, Shenyang, Liaoning Province, exhibited a total of 108 dishes in the Liao Cuisine Museum of the North Market for the Qing Dynasty's court banquet "Manchu Han Quan Seat". Among them, there are 54 southern dishes and 54 northern dishes, which bring together cooking techniques such as frying, stir-frying, grilling, frying, boiling, and roasting. Highlighting the flavors of Manchu and Han cuisine, and perfectly demonstrating the culinary skills of the Chinese nation, the "Manchu han full table" banquet was identified as a national intangible cultural heritage.
