1. January 12-16, 2022 WTT Championship Race 1st Station (Wuhan)
The new WTT event structure of the ITTS has four pillar events: Grand Slam Tournament, WTT World Cup Final, WTT Championship and WTT Star Challenge. The Wuhan WTT Championship will be the starting point of the third pillar of the International Table Tennis Championships. The WTT Championship is a six-day top-of-the-line singles event with men's and women's events (32 players each) held separately. The Chengdu World Table Tennis Championships team competition should be an important competition for the main exercise of the Paris Olympic cycle.
