On December 14, 2021, the Urat Qianqi Brigade of the Traffic Management Detachment of the Bayannaoer Municipal Public Security Bureau built the Wulat Qianqi Bus Transport Public Security Traffic Management Social Service Station in the Wulat QianqiBayun Logistics Park, which has entered the trial operation stage, and can handle various vehicle management businesses such as new car registration, transfer registration, change registration, mortgage registration, and deregistration of large cars (including small cars).
Previously, only the motor vehicle registration service station of the bonded park of Linhe East Development Zone in our city can handle large-scale automobile business, and because the Linhe Ring Expressway restricts the passage of large cars, it is inconvenient for the majority of car owners to handle large-scale automobile business.
Bayan The traffic management detachment of the Bayannur Municipal Public Security Bureau, in accordance with the requirements of the convenient measures for the devolution of large-scale automobile business to the county-level vehicle management office by the traffic management bureau of the autonomous regional public security department, began to plan the decentralization of large-scale automobile registration vehicle management business from June 2021 onwards, and built the Wulat Qianqi Bayun Public Security Traffic Management Social Service Station, which was piloted first, and will be promoted in the city's Qixian District after the pilot is successful.
At present, the Wulat Qianqi Bus Transport Logistics Park can handle the settlement of new cars for large cars and small cars, the transfer registration of second-hand cars, the change of registration, the registration of mortgages, the replacement of driving licenses and registration certificates, the replacement of number plates, the handling of six-year bolt-free qualification marks, as well as the cancellation of registration, inspection of large and small motor vehicles, and all other automobile registration business.
