Dai Shuangjie's farm can absorb more than 100 villagers during the peak period of employment, and dozens of poor households in the village have worked here to get rid of poverty and become rich. Villagers often saw her either checking on the growth of crops in the fields or selling the farm's agricultural products on the online shop.

"Speaking of resigning and returning to my hometown to start a business, I really suffered a lot, and it is not easy to have today." Dai Shuangjie said that she and her husband Fo Guoxing both graduated from Anqing Agricultural School, and after graduation, she worked at an agricultural company in Anqing, and her husband and friends lost more than 300,000 yuan in debts. Later, Dai Shuangjie resigned and returned to his hometown, rented an idle house in the village and began to start a business.

"A pack of fertilizer is 80 pounds, my weight is only 90 pounds, and it is very difficult to drag." But as long as there are villagers to buy agricultural materials, no matter how far away, I will deliver them to my door. During the busy season, they will also go to the field to explain the planting essentials to the villagers. Dai Shuangjie said that with thoughtful service and winning the trust of the villagers, the business of the agricultural material shop gradually flourished.

In 2011, she transferred 400 acres of paddy fields, planted one rice and one wheat, and tasted the joy of success. The following year, she mobilized her husband to go home and start a business together. At the beginning of the husband and wife's joint venture, there was a shortage of funds, family obstruction, and pressure from all sides followed. Dai Shuangjie borrowed money from relatives and friends, and invested more than 2 million yuan successively to register and set up a Shuangfu family farm in Tongcheng City to operate crop planting and develop the under-forest economy. The farm has attracted more than 50 rural women to work at their doorstep.

A piece of hard work, a piece of harvest. The family farm founded by Dai Shuangjie has won the title of provincial and municipal demonstration family farm and the "Women's Emblem Family" demonstration point in Anqing City, and Dai Shuangjie has personally won many honors such as Tongcheng City Labor Model.
