After graduating from high school, Huang Xiaoxin's parents spent a lot of money to send him to study in the United States. After returning to China, Huang Xiaoxin listened to his parents' arrangement to work in the company at home, and his life was carefree.

But Huang Xiaoxin, who has had musical dreams since childhood, does not want to be satisfied with the status quo, and he has met 3 friends who also like rap music on various occasions: Xiao Yang, Ah Zheng, and Ah Kang, of which Xiao Yang is also the lead singer of a small and famous local pop music band. The four people have the same hobbies and similar temperaments, and often linger in major bars and KTV together.

In October 2017, Huang Xiaoxin accidentally got two cigarettes, and the person who gave him the cigarette mysteriously told him that there was marijuana in it. In September 2018, Ah Kang learned that dawen, his roommate who had shared a house in Jiaojiang, Taizhou, was selling marijuana, so he contacted Dawen. The two originally met because of music, as soon as Ah Kang opened his mouth, Dawen gave a location address of a certain community in Jiaojiang.

Ah Kang and Ah Zheng drove to Jiaojiang overnight, found the location address provided by Dawen, and sure enough, they found a plastic bottle in the flower bed bush, which contained 4 small bags of things, which was exactly the marijuana they wanted. The two rushed back to Linhai and sold the marijuana to Xiao Yang and Huang Xiaoxin.

However, on the second day of the transaction, Dawen was arrested by the Linhai police for drug trafficking. Ah Kang, who had a lingering feeling, did not dare to smoke again, Huang Xiaoxin and others still did not hesitate to take risks and continue to buy marijuana through illegal channels, and the members of another pop music band to which Xiao Yang belonged were also addicted to drugs.

"Sooner or later, I will have to pay it back." In September 2018, the police of the Gucheng Police Station of the Linhai Municipal Public Security Bureau followed the clues and peeled back the cocoon, and with the assistance of the relevant departments of the Taizhou Municipal Public Security Bureau, conducted in-depth verification around the suspects in the next three months, and successively arrested a total of 18 people in the two bands.

After testing, the 18 people had positive tetrahydrocannabinol acid (cannabis) and were suspected of drug trafficking or drug abuse. At present, 11 persons have been prosecuted in this case and 12 people have been placed in administrative detention.
