1. Implement the newly promulgated "Snooker Competition Rules" by the Chinese Billiards Association.
2. The competition adopts handicap: it is divided into 1 gear - 10 files, and each gear is 7 points. The final file is determined by the competition department according to the actual level of the self-selected reference file and the recent competitive status.
3. Due to the special circumstances of the handicap race, the competition department reserves the right to correct the gear, and the rising or lower floating gear is determined according to the actual level of the player.
4. The qualifiers are divided into five days and a total of 7 qualifiers, a total of 32 players are selected to enter the main competition, and the qualifying quota is 8/8/8/8/;
5. The open qualifiers meet the double of the 24-person registration bonus per game;
6. 3 wins in 5 sets of qualifiers and main matches, 4 wins in 7 rounds in the final, and single loss in the whole process;
7. Anyone who enters the prize round with a Duan club will receive an additional 20% bonus;
8. The clothing requirements of men's players are required to be collared T-shirts or shirts on the upper body and long pants on the lower body; the clothing of women's players is required to be generous and decent;
