Fuyu County's many initiatives have made family education effective

In recent years, Fuyu County has set up a family education guidance center with the deputy county chief as the group leader, the director of the education bureau as the deputy group leader, and the members of the family education lecturer group as the team members, and through a series of measures, accelerated the scientific, systematic, standardized, and large-scale family education work, and contributed rich wisdom to cultivating socialist successors with moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor development.

Pay attention to family style tutoring and improve parental literacy

In 2019, the Fuyu County Education Bureau established the Fuyu County Family Education Lecturer Group to open a family education public welfare lecture hall. In 2021, each school set up a school-level home-school co-education lecturer group, including teachers and parents, opened a home-school co-education lecture hall, and broadcast the lecture video through the "Civilization Watch" column of the county financial media center, benefiting more than 50,000 parents. In June this year, Fuyu County was selected as the National Home-School (Park) Co-education Digital Pilot Zone of the National Academy of Education Administration, and 10 schools and kindergartens in the county, such as Long'anqiao Town Center School, Experimental Primary School Kindergarten, and Friendship National Kindergarten, were selected as pilot schools and pilot parks. The county education bureau took the lead in participating in the project and jointly promoted the implementation of the project with the project office, which improved the overall quality of parents.

Open a parent school to give full play to the effect of being able

Each school opened a parent school, set up a parent committee and a temporary party branch for parents, let a group of backbone parents join the management of the school with a sense of responsibility as a master, and selected 13 parents with good manners and good manners.

Establish a home visit system and publicize publicity and education policies

Schools in the county have plans to conduct home visits every semester, and before the visit, they can achieve "three understandings", "three lesson preparations" and "three arrangements", effectively understand the situation of families and students, and publicize relevant policies such as "double reduction" and five management during home visits.

Joint unchecked work to broaden educational channels

The county people's procuratorate and the county education bureau jointly build a juvenile procuratorial work area, and carry out the cooperation project of "procuratorial education and education work together to cultivate the future". Regularly carry out activities such as reading salons for students, teachers, and parents, theme salons, and psychoanalytic salons, and open psychological counseling hotlines to escort mental health. Set up a family education teacher studio to scientifically study family education work.

Actively participate in training and promote professional improvement

In order to improve the professional level of family education lecturers, the members of the lecturer group have been trained and studied to become family education instructors and psychological counselors in different sections of kindergarten, primary school, junior high school and high school. Among them, teacher Qi Chang of the county became a special invited lecturer of family education in the national home school (park) and a member of the Longjiang Fire Tutoring Family Style Lecturer Group.

Through the family education classroom, many parents have seen their own shortcomings, found effective family education methods, and improved the relationship between parents and children and husband and wife; some parents insist on writing parent-child diaries and sorting out family styles and family rules; some parents insist on reading and sharing their feelings through reading salons. After the effective exploration of family education, a number of famous family education teachers, advanced individuals in family education, and outstanding parents have also emerged in Fuyu County, which has provided a strong guarantee for the county's future family education work.
