According to Milan reporter Danielle Longo, this could be a decisive week for Romagnoli's contract extension.

Romagnoli's contract with Milan expires next summer, and the two sides have negotiated a contract extension over the past period of time, but have not yet reached an agreement, according to previous media reports, a number of clubs are interested in bringing in Romagnoli, including Barca and Juve.

Daniele Longo noted that Milan are expected to re-engage Romagnoli's agent Raiola this week, making it an important week and could be a defining one for the Italian centre-back's contract extension.

So far this season, Romagnoli has played 16 games for Milan, scoring one goal and playing 1,159 minutes.
