Second French Republic

French Third Republic
Because of the defeat of the Second Empire and multiple pressures such as the economy, the Second Empire collapsed, followed by the emergence of the "French Third Republic". The Third Republic was established in 1870, in the early 1870s, and it was this regime that never looked favorably, but it was this regime that kept the French Third Republic in power until 1940, that is, in the early 1940s, for a total of seventy years. The republic was wiped out by the Germans during World War II.
The Fourth and Fifth Republics of France
The republic was established after the Second World War, in the early 1940s, in 1945, and it collapsed in the late 1950s, in 1957, for a total of 12 years.
