After the re-draw, Atletico's first opponent in the Champions League knockout round confirmed that we would play the quarter-final against Manchester United from the Premier League, with the first leg to be held at the Wanda Metropolitano on 16 February next year.
There will no longer be an away goal system in the Champions League knockout rounds this season, and if the score is tied between the two legs, it will enter extra time.
We have never played against Manchester United in the Champions League and it will be the first time the two teams have met. For us, it's more important now to play the game at hand. After winter, anything is possible!
