Maybe it won't be long before we can play Google Play games on our computers.

Google is planning to bring its mobile gaming market to the PC ecosystem. During last week's TGA awards ceremony, Google shared a teaser video promising that sometime in 2022, users will be able to play mobile games on Windows devices. Google didn't say more about it, but The Verge, an English-language tech outlet, learned more details from a Google spokesperson.
"Starting in 2022, players will be able to experience their favorite Google Play games on more devices, seamlessly switching between phones, tablets, Chromebooks, and Windows PCs." Greg Hartell, google's director of Google Play and Android game products, said in a statement, "This product created by Google will bring the best Google Play games to more laptops and desktops, and we are excited to expand our platform to make it easier for players to play their favorite Android games." ”
According to Google spokesman Alex Garcia-Kummert, Google developed the app on its own and did not work with other companies such as Microsoft, BlusStacks, the developer of an Android emulator. The app supports Windows 10 and above operating systems and will allow players to save game progress across devices.
It's unclear how Google will emulate Android games on the Windows operating system, but the company has confirmed that the games will run locally instead of using cloud transfer technology.
