The announcement pointed out that it was agreed that HC Semitek and its related party, Zhuhai Huafa Entity Industry Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huashi Real Estate Research Institute"), each invested RMB 150 million to establish Zhuhai Huafa Huafa HC Advanced Semiconductor Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Advanced Semiconductor Research Institute").

Recently, HC Semitek and its related party Huashi Industry Research Institute signed the "Investment Agreement for the Establishment of Zhuhai Huafa HC Advanced Semiconductor Research Institute Co., Ltd." on the above matters. It is reported that the business scope of Huashi Industry and Research Institute includes semiconductor materials, semiconductor devices, electronic materials, electronic devices, semiconductor lighting design, semiconductor lighting equipment, LED chip design; LED module design and manufacturing, sapphire processing technology research and development, chip testing, material characterization, transformation of scientific and technological achievements and other businesses; technical consulting, training, support, etc.
