The third is strong linkage: the transformation of university achievements belongs to the innovative and active, high-tech value industry, and the transformation situation is strongly linked to the market-oriented and economic environment. At the same time, the transformation of university achievements focuses on digital transformation, and the field of electronic information and computer software has become the key flow of transformation. In 2020, a total of 67 conversion contracts were generated in the field of electronic information and computer software, accounting for 12.59% of the total number of million contracts, and the contract amount was 488 million yuan, accounting for 22.47% of the total million contract amount.

In order to strengthen the standardization and systematization of the report, the team also sorted out more than 90 national and Guangdong provincial policies for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements from top to bottom, and sorted out 11 types of institutional points related to the construction of institutional mechanisms for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
