The cooperation plan was signed by Sergei Cheremin, Minister of Foreign Economic and International Relations of the Moscow City, and Falah Mohammed Al-Ahbabi, member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Committee and Chairman of the Ministry of Urban Planning and Municipalities. According to the agreement, the capitals of Russia and the United Arab Emirates will strengthen cooperation in the fields of economy and trade, health, education, culture, urban planning and so on. The agreement is for a period of three years and is subject to renewal.
