Jiangnan Metropolis News All-media reporter Xu Jiahui reported: On December 7, the reporter learned from the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau that the Yingtan Municipal Market Supervision Bureau issued a "Decision on Inclusion in the List of Serious Violations of the Law and Untrustworthiness" to Zhu Moumou, who sold adulterated fresh beef, on December 3, and announced it through the national enterprise credit information publicity system. As the first case in the province to include natural persons in the list of serious violations of the law and untrustworthiness in Yingtan City, this case plays an exemplary and leading role in strengthening the basic role of credit supervision.

On December 7, 2019, after the investigation and sampling of the Yingtan Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, the fresh beef sold by Zhu X contained pork ingredients, constituting a suspected sale of adulterated food, and the market supervision department finally made a penalty decision of 45,000 yuan for Zhu X in accordance with the law. After being reminded by the market supervision department and applying to the court for compulsory enforcement, Zhu X still refused to pay the fine and forfeiture. After judicial inquiry, Zhu X has real estate, vehicles and other property under his name, and he has the ability to perform but refuses to perform and evades enforcement. In accordance with article 11 of the Measures for the Administration of the List of the Untrustworthy in Market Supervision and Management of Serious Violations of the Law, which came into effect on September 1, 2021, Zhu X is included in the list of the untrustworthy in serious violations of the law. After the implementation of the new regulations, this case was the first case in our province to include natural persons in the list of serious violations of the law and untrustworthiness.
