Government organs at all levels should attach great importance to the work of rural revitalization and regard the work of rural revitalization as the most important task. The organs of the Standing Committee shall set up a leading group for the work of helping rural revitalization with the chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress as the leader and the responsible persons of each committee and office as members, and the office shall be specifically responsible for the work of liaison and assistance.

The leaders of the organs of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress in contact with the villages in difficulty should form a summary of their work every 2 months, they should go to the villages every 2 months to hold a work promotion meeting, they should go to the villages every 2 months to make contact and investigate, and the cadres who contact and help the cadres should visit the homes of the difficult households they are in contact with at least once a month to understand their production and living conditions on the spot, formulate a household-by-household policy for the specific conditions of each poor household, and carry out the work of rural revitalization in a personalized way.
