Today, according to foreign media VGC, some clues indicate that Sonic officials may release new news at Friday's TGA awards ceremony.
Geoff Keighley, host and founder of the TGA awards ceremony, seemed to hint at the news when he responded on Twitter about this year's TGA awards ceremony.
One user asked Keighley if he was a Sonic fan, and he replied "very much like it," using an "eye" emoji.
A few hours later, Sonic the Hedgehog's official Twitter account tweeted: "Hey, @geoffkeighley, do you have an extra TGA invitation?"
In addition, the official Sonic hedgehog website has also registered a new domain name with the URL of frontiers.sonicthehedgehog.com.
Currently visiting this page will show a 403 instead of "Not Found", which means that the URL will be used to announce some new news.
