The Less-Walked Path: Problems and Pain (Part 1)

author:Read it one by one

Life is full of hardships.

This is a great truth, one of the greatest truths in the world. Its greatness lies in the fact that once we understand the true meaning of this sentence, we can be freed from suffering and achieve transcendence in life. As long as we truly understand and accept the fact that life is full of suffering, then we will be relieved and will no longer dwell on the suffering of life.

Unfortunately, most people are unwilling to face up to the suffering of life. When they encounter problems and pain, they either complain about the world or complain about their own hardships, as if life should be both comfortable and smooth. They lament why there are so many troubles, pressures and difficulties, and always feel that they are the most unfortunate people in the world; They cursed the injustice of fate and left themselves, their families, their tribes, their social classes, their countries, and even their races to suffer, while others lived a free and happy life. I know all too well about such complaints and curses, because I have felt the same way.

Life is a series of difficult problems, in the face of it, do you cry and cry, or do you move forward? Do you lament helplessly, or do you actively find a way to solve it and pass on the method to future generations without reservation?

The key to solving life's problems lies in self-discipline. If people lack self-discipline, it is impossible to solve any problems and problems. Self-discipline in some aspects can only solve certain problems, and comprehensive self-discipline can solve all the problems in life.

Encountering problems in life is a kind of pain in itself, and the process of solving them brings new pain. Problems ensued, leaving us exhausted, constantly suffering from depression, sorrow, pain, loneliness, guilt, remorse, anger, fear, anxiety, and despair, so that we did not know what freedom and happiness were. This mental pain is usually as intense as physical pain, or even more unbearable. It is precisely because the pain of life's contradictions and conflicts is so intense that we see them as problems; It is precisely because of the continuous problems that we feel that life is full of suffering.

Life is a process of constantly facing problems and solving them. Questions can unlock our wisdom and inspire our courage. By working hard to solve problems, our minds and hearts will continue to grow and our minds will continue to mature. The school deliberately designs various problems for children, so that they can use their brains and find ways to solve them, which is based on this consideration. Our hearts are eager to grow, to succeed rather than suffer failure, so it unleashes its maximum potential and strives to solve all problems. The "problem" is the watershed between our successes and failures. By suffering the pain of facing problems and solving problems, we can learn a lot from suffering. Benjamin, the founding philosopher of the United States, franklin said: "Only pain can teach people." In the face of problems, wise people will not choose to escape because of fear of pain, they will go forward and calmly bear the pain brought by the problem until the problem is completely solved.
