After reaching a consensus with the villagers, the relevant work was carried out smoothly.

Since its establishment, 262 grid members in Dianhai Street have regularly gone deep into the grid to contact the masses, which has brought the relationship between the party and the masses closer, the success rate of contradictions and disputes in the grid has reached 100%, and the satisfaction rate of the masses with village (community) cadres has reached 93%.
