He is the director of the Standing Committee of the 14th People's Congress of Gaotang County, he loves calligraphy and painting after work, and he practices it and actively participates, and during his work, he is also the chairman of the county calligraphers association and the chairman of the artists association, and his calligraphy works and paintings of peonies are deeply loved by people. I am one of the beneficiaries of this, and I recall the days I spent with Director Sun, just like yesterday, vividly remembered.
In the early 1990s, when I was working in Zhaozhuang Township, my colleagues often talked about him, when he had been transferred from deputy secretary of the township party committee to secretary of the Hanzhai township party committee, and later served as secretary of the party committee of Chengguan Town, secretary of the county discipline inspection committee, and deputy secretary of the county party committee.
At the beginning of 1998, Director Sun went to work at the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, when I was the deputy director of the office, mainly responsible for writing materials, in awe of the leaders, did not dare to speak more, and after a contact, I pulled the distance between us.
I remember that in March of early 1998, he went to the city to hold a people's congress, because he had just been transferred to the people's congress and was not familiar with the work, so he arranged for director Wu Hecun to go out to study with some members of the Standing Committee and responsible persons of various committees and offices. Director Li Lianyin of the office introduced materials based on the experience of the provincial people's congress in the work, and arranged to study in the three units of Zhoucun, Wulian, and Laixi. Over the past few days, we have profoundly studied how to base ourselves on the work of the people's congresses, be down-to-earth, and strengthen legal supervision and work supervision; we have broadened our horizons and increased our insights by contacting deputies to give play to the role of deputies, doing a good job in the three inspections (inspection, investigation, and inspection), holding three sessions (congresses, standing committees, and chairmen's meetings), and exercising well the right to decide on major local matters. After I returned, I was ready to hold a county-wide people's congress work meeting, I drafted the "Materials for Study and Inspection in Wulian Laixi in Zhoucun Village", director Sun's speech at the meeting, and the speech of the secretary of the county party committee. After saying that, he turned around and left. Writing materials, climbing the grid is a hard job, smart women are difficult to cook without rice, sometimes hard writing can not be written, the leader can understand my pain, feel is not how difficult to contact, at that time I was also very moved.
Later, when the county personnel were adjusted, I met him in the past and explained the idea of being willing to go out to exercise and exercise, he said: "At that time, it could not be solved for a while, and this time the adjustment unit had two main posts, and the deputy posts were very good, and they were adjusted." There is no such thing as yours. "He spoke very directly, didn't bend, and to be honest, it convinced me to do so.
Because Director Sun has worked in the office of the county party committee for many years and has rich experience, each time the material is changed. During this period, the Shifeng Group, a state-owned enterprise in our county, was hit by the "self-discipline price storm," which seriously affected the economic development of the whole county. Director Sun arranged for Director Xu Wenyao and Director Wang Yufu of the Justice Bureau to sort out the materials overnight, and they said, I remembered, when we sorted out the materials, the sky was already dawn, I went to the house to wash my face, simply ate some food, returned to the class, handed the materials to Director Sun, he read them and revised them, and in the final outline of the writing of seven or eight opinions, I asked me to arrange for someone to print. In the afternoon, he, Together with Director Xu and Director Wang, went to the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee to reflect on the situation; through the efforts of the county leaders and enterprises, they stopped the impact of the "self-discipline price storm" on the current wind, strengthened the financial resources at the county level, and safeguarded the interests of enterprises and workers.
A few months later, when the county people's congress standing committee adjusted the middle-level deputy post, it added a new working committee, and without my knowledge, arranged me, but still asked me to continue to write materials in the office, because new people came, and I helped work a few months later, I quit the office affairs and specialized in the work committee. At this time, I began to relax, in order to enrich myself, I read a large number of books such as the "Language" textbook of elementary school, junior high school, and high school, and began to write willow body brush characters of Liu Gongquan. "Seven steps from the door to the window, seven steps from the window to the door. I know that. This is a passage from the middle school textbook Vucic, (the textbook at that time explained it as a process of thinking), I was in the office on the first floor from the door to the window that is seven or eight steps, the unit is not allowed to work in tandem, our work is not busy, relatively idle, not allowed to go out, just in the house to read and study is not a good opportunity, whenever I am tired of reading and writing, I think of this sentence, pacing back and forth in the house to think. Now that I think about it, it was the most beautiful time and the best learning opportunity.
At this time, Director Sun was not as busy as when he was working in the county party committee, usually sneaking around, writing brush writing, and sometimes when I was about to leave work, I used to sit down and often talk about writing. Whenever Mr. Yang Shishuang and Mr. Luo Donghe, who worked with him in Zhao Zhuang Township, came to play, they also called me and Chang Qingqi, and sometimes we laid out paper and ink when they were writing. Especially the Spring Festival League written before the New Year, the comrades of the unit are willing to want it, they often write a day, ask me and Qingqi to accompany to dinner, and prepare a pound of tea leaves for each of the two gentlemen to take away when they leave, which is the remuneration for writing the Spring League. I remember that during the meal, he once mentioned that when he brought a leader who helped him, he said that it was a long time, mutual understanding, and whenever the New Year's Festival walked around, with some millet, beans and other local specialties, people often thought of him. Director Sun is also a grateful person, I remember once called me to the south end of Weixue Street, he gave me two bottles of wine, instructed me to send to an acquaintance, accompanied by a glass of wine at noon, invited an old doctor from a county hospital and a few old friends. Later, Director Sun told me that the reason why I invited them to dinner was because when my sister was ill, Dr. Lin rushed to the village in time and saved my sister's life...
Director Sun has long had a foundation in calligraphy, writing better and better, more and more people invite him to write, exchanges with the calligraphy and painting circles are becoming more and more frequent, and joined the Shandong Provincial Calligraphers Association, and often invited calligraphers and painters from Beijing, Tianjin, Jinan and other places to hold PEN clubs. Because during his tenure as deputy secretary of the county party committee, he was in charge of culture and made contributions to Gaotang County's application for approval of the hometown of Chinese calligraphy and painting art. He also had many friends in the art of calligraphy and painting, so he invited many famous scholars and literati painters to Gaotang to hold exhibitions or academic exchanges, and successfully held the first art festival in the hometown of Chinese calligraphy and painting. At that time, the county book association and the art association were replaced, because Director Sun Qinglu was highly respected and could write and paint, and the calligraphy and painting circles unanimously elected him as the chairman of the county book association and the art association. During his tenure as the chairman of the county book association and the artists association, he organized and carried out a number of book associations and artists association series of activities. The presidium meeting of the Provincial Book Association was also invited to Gaotang, and at that time, Zhang Yefa, chairman of the Provincial Book Association, Secretary General Gu Yalong (currently the chairman of the Provincial Book Association), and members of the presidium all came to Gaotang to attend the meeting. At the same time, Qin Bingyun, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the county party committee, served as secretary general and was responsible for contacting and coordinating all aspects of the work. In this way, the hometown of calligraphy and painting art has been unprecedentedly active, and a spiritual feast has been added to the people, everyone in our county loves to splash ink, and the atmosphere of household learning Danqing has gradually become thicker.
Director Sun also concurrently serves as the vice chairman of the Liaocheng City Book Association, whenever Director Sun writes calligraphy works to participate in the exhibition, he knows that I can recite a few oil poems, often ask me to write on the spot, he wrote calligraphy works, so "forced" me to write a lot of poetry. On the 20th anniversary of reform and opening up, Director Sun asked me to compile a poem, when I wrote four oil poems: "Twenty years of reform and opening up, the achievements are brilliant and the world praises." The great changes in urban and rural areas think of Deng Gong, and a new chapter at the turn of the century. After reading this, Director Sun said to me: "Si Deng Gong should be grateful to Si Dang, without the kindness of the Party and Chairman Mao, there would be no good life today, and it is not the credit of Deng Gong alone." In this way, Director Sun wrote the changed poems into calligraphy works to participate in the calligraphy exhibition, and also published them in the "People's Rights Newspaper" of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress.
Liaocheng wants to hold the Jiangbei Water City Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition, Director Sun participated in the exhibition and asked me to write a few words, and I wrote "Yongjiang North Water City" on the old envelope:
The name of the southern country is fragrant, and the water city of Jiangbei is beautiful. The lake adds beauty, and Liaocheng adds spring brilliance.
Director Sun changed "Zengchunhui" to "Zengxinhui" after reading it, and he said that Liaocheng has changed too much, not only is the spring beautiful, but also because other seasons have lakes and canals around the city, as well as profound cultural heritage and modern urban construction are also very beautiful, so it should be changed to "Zengxinhui".
When Macau returned to the motherland, he wrote the poems I compiled:
The concept of two systems opens up a new river,
A century of national shame today snow.
Macao's return to the reunification of thought,
The whole world celebrates the song of ten thousand families.
Director Sun is also very concerned about our personal affairs, in 2000, my hometown because of the widening of the street to wash the house, when I asked for leave to go back to my hometown to build a house, Director Sun said: "Should not build a house in the hometown, should build a bungalow in the city or want a building..." At that time, he looked far away... Because the materials for building the house were prepared, a new courtyard was built in the hometown. But it also changed my mindset. In 2007, after I asked for a new building in the Blue Sky Garden on the northwest shore of the lake, I did not deal with the old residential building of the Family Hospital of the Agricultural Bureau, but brought my parents to the city to live for more than ten years, so that my father could return to the county where he had worked for many years to live, and it was convenient for him to communicate with past leaders and colleagues.
Several times Director Sun asked me to accompany him to dinner with the leaders of the county, and then said to me: "I asked you to eat with the leaders to drag you..." His approach touched me and moved me. In 2002, Director Sun told me that the current situation is different from the original... I understood what the leader meant and told me to work with peace of mind and not to have other ideas. So I wrote a poem to comfort myself: "Quietly read and write Guan Xing, and the times are poor and have their own periods." It is useless to fight for the gods, and there is a heaven and earth in the world. "I also asked Director Sun to write a calligraphy work and hang it in my office to encourage myself, read and study, and copy the posters."
Practice has proved that Director Sun is right. I worked in the office on the first floor for more than ten years, thanks to the companionship of calligraphy and painting, when I was confused, when I was sleepy, when I was idle, when I was sad, I thought of persevering, being patient, learning, and not letting time slip away, so I wrote a lot of poems and essays for this purpose, and published "Country Songs", "Zhu DongShui Poetry Grass", and "Rural Trivia".
After Director Sun retired, he had plenty of time to learn to paint peonies while writing, and his level continued to improve. But he is also very modest. Once, when I invited him to dinner with Yang Shuang, Mr. Luo Donghe and Secretary Yin Qingquan, at the banquet, Director Sun said, "What I wrote is not as good as Yang Shuang's big brother..."
Sometimes, he invited Dean Li Jichun to his home to see the sick, stayed at dinner at night, and often asked me to accompany him, first drinking some loose "round slip" of the Liuli Temple, and then drinking some good wine, and when he left, he called to bring a word and a peony painting.
For this reason, I have collected a lot of director Sun's calligraphy and painting works. When I went to visit Director Sun's family during the festival last year, I met his child Sun Haiqing, and when I talked about Director Sun's calligraphy and paintings, he said that there was not a single one. At that time, Director Sun followed the painting and wrote with him, and the people who went to find him had to leave. Later, I gave Director Sun more than ten calligraphy works and a peony tuan fan and four peony screens to his son Sun Haiqing, and suggested that when he had the opportunity, he would collect the calligraphy and painting works for Director Sun and hold a calligraphy and painting exhibition to display these works, which is also the best memorial to Director Sun. At that time, director Sun's peony painting was already very good, and many famous painters who came to Gaotang gave guidance and praise. He also continued to exchange ideas in other places, and also published a special page in the "Gaotangzhou Bao", and Wang Xiuzhong, the editor-in-chief of the newspaper, went to Director Sun's home to take pictures of his paintings and pictures, and wrote articles and published them together. His calligraphy and painting works have also been printed into a wall calendar many times, as a gift for people's New Year's exchanges, and he has also written many plaques for enterprises, institutions and shops. Such as "Labor Building", "Daejeon Community" and so on. Once, I printed a calligraphy and painting propaganda leaflet for him at the Ricoh Typing Club, and when I wanted to pay a few hundred yuan for printing, Director Sun said that he did not agree to anything until he received the money he paid.
Director Sun attended primary school in the early 1950s, which was the period when the school learned to imitate and laid a solid foundation. By the early sixties, Chiping a middle school graduate, and even in the county party committee office for more than ten years has been dealing with written materials, after coming to the county people's congress, has been Linchi non-stop, in copying the ancient inscriptions at the same time, mainly to study Mr. Yang Zaichun's calligraphy, Mr. Yang Zaichun's calligraphy skills are profound, the whole generation has been influenced, especially those big character lines he wrote, ancient and profound, the more you look at the more flavorful. It is very beneficial for Director Sun to engage in calligraphy art, and it has prerequisites for him to promote the development of the hometown of calligraphy and painting art, facilitate exchanges and communication with artists, and actively publicize Li Kuchan, Sun Dashi, Xie Jiadao and other artists of High Tang nationality in order to hold the calligraphy and painting art festival, and contribute to the prosperity of calligraphy and painting in Gaotang County. After he joined the Shandong Calligraphers Association, he actively promoted the work of the County Calligraphy Association, during which Comrades Yang Shishuang and Luo Donghe joined the Shandong Calligraphers Association and strengthened the calligraphy and painting art team in the hometown of calligraphy and painting.
After his retirement, Director Sun engaged in the leadership work of the Book Association and the Art Association, and organized calligraphy and painting art workers to go out to study and exchange activities, which broadened his horizons and improved the popularity of the hometown of calligraphy and painting art. When Mr. Li Kuchan talked about the creation of calligraphy and painting, he once said: "Paintings must be written..." It is precisely because he has a profound foundation in calligraphy that the peonies he painted have been recognized by experts, praised by his peers, and many painters have sought paintings, so that after his death, his family has no calligraphy and paintings to leave to his children. Director Sun also succeeded others, his son Sun Haiqing served as the vice chairman of the county CPPCC committee, and concurrently served as the director of the two museums of the Chinese painting master Li Kuchan Art Museum and the Sun Dashi Art Museum. After work, he studied calligraphy and painting, and is now a member of the Shandong Provincial Artists Association, and constantly organizes calligraphy and painting art exchange activities, going out, please come in, promote the hometown of calligraphy and painting art, and actively contribute to the development of calligraphy and painting art.
Because of working with Director Sun and teaching by example, I and Comrade Chang Qingqi of the Office of the National People's Congress also continued to post and learn the art of calligraphy. In 2014, at the "Lineng Cup" calligraphy and painting exhibition held by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, the Provincial Book Association and the Provincial Artists Association to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the people's congress system, we both entered the exhibition. I remember that I wrote my own poetry and calligraphy work", "Fifty years of the people's congress system, the constitution and legislation exercise authority." The representative advises the people and plans for future development. "Later, we joined the Provincial Calligraphers Association, and whenever we talked about this with Qingqi, we remembered the opportunity to study the art of calligraphy and painting with Director Sun while working with the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress; I remembered his feelings for life and calligraphy and painting; and I remembered my fate with the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress...
What can be comforted to the old leaders is that we have been elected as deputies to the county people's congress and members of the standing committee of the county people's congress for many years, and we have been doing our duty with all our hearts... To this end, when I attended the county people's congress at the beginning of this year, I wrote a poem on oil:
Twenty years of performing duties,
The people who have a heart to heart have made suggestions.
Time flies like a golden shuttle,
Dream of returning to his hometown to cultivate the countryside.
