After two months, Mr. Xi, a resident who complained, said that the problem of non-motorized parking chaos in the community and the installation of ground locks in motor vehicle parking spaces was still very helpless.

"After such a long time, several corridors are still full (non-motorized), and now a single lock has not been removed, which is still a management problem."

Why has the lock been delayed? The time node previously promised has long passed, what is the problem? Zhang Huimin, manager of the property management department of the community, responded that he was stuck on the "historical legacy" - after the last report was broadcast, some residents reported to them that these locks had been charged a fee when they were first installed, not installed privately.

"Because this matter happened when we first entered the house in 2005, the parties on our side have not investigated for the time being, they have all left their jobs or what the situation, we have carried out some preliminary exploration, at present, no owner has provided a valid fee receipt, each has its own words, and further verification is required."

Zhang Huimin also said that at present, the property and neighborhood committee has set up a team to receive and summarize the information of relevant owners in the property office. In fact, the removal of the ground lock is the "cure", and the consolidation of parking management is the "cure". The key to cracking the dilemma of the ground lock lies in solving the core problem of the contradiction between supply and demand. In this regard, Zhang Huimin said:

"This community is defective in congenital conditions, there is no construction of underground garages, we are currently conducting a platoon, not delaying, our information registration is all completed before Wednesday, the first step is to formulate temporary normative measures, the second step is to formulate long-term parking rules, and the ground lock is removed to ensure long-term management effect."

Xu Jing, special manager of Yinhang Street Urban Construction Center, introduced that more than a week ago, led by the Street Management Office, street urban management, urban construction center, property and other departments set up an on-site working group, which has been settled in the community.

"It's a month's time, on December 25. In the past two months, we have been doing accurate mapping work and working vehicle management in the community, in fact, it is not a difficult thing to remove the lock. ”

The reporter interviewed in the community and found that the parking of electric bicycles in the community was chaotic, and the situation of parking in the corridor and advancing the elevator still existed. Mr. Xi took the reporter to Building 27, and he said that this building, which was managed by the leader of the building group and some old party members and residents, not only did there not have non-motorized vehicles in the corridor, but also placed green plants and sofa seats.
