In his daily work, Hanfei always maintains a working attitude of being good at finding problems and daring to practice innovation. In view of the problem that the 500kV GIS knife gate junction position is completely in place and it is not easy to judge, he communicated with the manufacturer to determine the design and transformation plan, after analysis and calculation, designed an angle ruler, installed on the transmission shaft of the GIS knife gate, with the synchronous movement of the knife gate slug arm direction, effectively solved the problem of inaccurate position indication due to the influence of the intermediate transmission device, so that the operator can further accurately judge the state of the knife gate during operation, which greatly reduces the risk of misoperation.
Han Fei's diligence is obvious to all. Whenever there is a maintenance task, he never shouts dirty and tired, always works seriously and strictly supervises at the maintenance site in accordance with the safety maintenance goal; fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of the whole team of staff, encourages everyone to improve work efficiency, solid maintenance technology, and ensure that the maintenance task is fully completed.
In the two A-level maintenance in 2018, Han Fei was responsible for the maintenance of the main transformer A, B, C phase, high public change, high plant change and excitation change, and successfully completed the internal inspection, oil filtration and vacuum of 6 main transformers. In 2020 and 2021, he has completed the production and pre-testing of 109 10KV cable terminal heads, made 189 cable terminal heads, and tested 94 groups.
