In order to maximize the benefits of the "family bed", the community health service center approved for the pilot actively set up a professional and all-round medical team to improve the medical service system to ensure the quality of service. Taking the Hongdian Community Health Service Center as an example, the center signed a contract with a provincial-level outstanding family doctor to build a professional medical service team that combines Chinese and Western countries with a combination of medical associations, establish a two-way referral and cooperation relationship, further promote the sinking of medical resources, and build a strong "family health umbrella" for residents.
In addition to the professional medical team, Guanghua Community Health Service Center plans to set up a special "family bed" management office to be responsible for the management of "family bed" patients in the jurisdiction, to help improve the relevant rules and regulations of family bed service, and will expand the "hospice care" function on the basis of family beds to warm the last journey of life.
It is understood that the "family bed" is mainly for the basic medical insurance insured personnel of the employees who have paid the family doctor contract service fee in Wenzhou City, who meet the conditions of hospitalization, have limited mobility, and have difficulties in continuous treatment in designated medical institutions due to illness, and have one of the following three situations (need to be diagnosed by a secondary hospital or above): that is, cerebrovascular accident, and limb muscle strength is at level 3 and below; fracture traction fixation requires bedridden treatment; or malignant tumor stages III and IV.
As of 2020, there are a total of 187,300 elderly people in Lucheng's jurisdiction, accounting for about 23.58% of the population of the whole district, and the demand for family beds is large. Subsequently, the Lucheng District Health and Health Bureau will improve the quality and expand the area according to the service capacity of the health center in the jurisdiction and in strict accordance with the approval requirements of the Medical Insurance Bureau, and strive to paint a new picture of convenient medical treatment for the elderly in Lucheng.
