From November 30 to December 1, Tang Shouyuan, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate of Fengdu County, Chongqing, led a delegation to visit our city and dock the cooperation between the east and the west. At the zaozhuang and Fengdu East-West Cooperation Joint Conference held at The Kaiyuan Fengming Mountain Villa, the city and Fengdu County signed the "14th Five-Year Plan" framework agreement for Zaofeng Cooperation and the Framework Agreement on Cooperation in the Zhenxin Energy LNG Project; Chen Ping and Tang Shouyuan spoke separately; and Li Xingwei presided over the meeting.
On behalf of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, Chen Ping welcomed the arrival of the Fengdu County delegation. He said: Over the past ten years since Zaozhuang and Fengdu carried out cooperation, the cadres and masses of the two places have worked side by side with one heart and one hand in hand, and have continued to dock in industrial cooperation, labor service cooperation, talent exchanges, and financial assistance, and exchanges have become increasingly close, mutual learning and mutual assistance have become more and more in-depth, and the results have become increasingly prominent, forming a deep friendship of "people from the two places and one family", and handing over the wonderful answer sheet of "seeking common development and joining hands with a well-off society".
Chen Ping stressed that this year is the beginning of a new round of east-west cooperation work, and Zaofeng cooperation has also stood at a new starting point and opened a new chapter. Zaozhuang will continue to regard helping and supporting Fengdu as "a matter within the duty and a responsibility that should be fulfilled", promote the cooperation between the two sides to achieve greater results at a higher level, and continue to consolidate the good situation of "Luyu family affinity". The first is to unswervingly shoulder the political responsibility of east-west cooperation, resolutely implement the important instructions and requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping, deeply study and implement the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee, pay close attention to all aspects of cooperation, and enhance the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences" and achieve "two safeguards" with practical actions. The second is to unswervingly build an "upgraded version" of east-west cooperation, continue to adhere to the "what Fengdu needs, Zaozhuang can do", focus on consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation, comprehensively promote rural revitalization, continue to deepen cooperation in the fields of industrial collaboration, personnel collaboration, and consumption collaboration, and promote Zaofeng collaboration to a new level. The third is to unswervingly promote the cooperation between the two places to bear fruit again, closely combine the characteristics and needs of Fengdu, focus on strengthening the connection and exchange of the park's economy, cultural tourism, education and training, social groups, etc., constantly innovate cooperation methods, expand cooperation space, and strive to produce more cooperation fruits in a wider range of fields and at a higher level, and jointly benefit the people of the two places.
Tang Shouyuan said in his speech that since deepening the east-west poverty alleviation cooperation in 2017, the Zaozhuang Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government have taken helping Fengdu as a major political task and glorious mission to practice the "two safeguards", and have made important contributions to Fengdu's high-quality victory in the battle against poverty and continuous consolidation and improvement of poverty alleviation results. The east-west poverty alleviation cooperation has made the two places hand in hand and connected by blood, and we will cherish it more, strive to promote the Zaofeng cooperation to a deeper level, a wider range of fields and a higher level, and create a "Zaofeng model" for the Lu-Chongqing cooperation.
During their stay in our city, the delegation of Fengdu County went to Beichi Village, Nanshahe Town, Tengzhou, and visited the cadres and representatives of professional and technical personnel who were posted in Fengdu in our city; and went to Sinoma Lithium Film, Zhengwei Huaneng Metal New Materials, Tengzhou Museum, Mozi Memorial Hall, etc. for field investigation.
