The meeting listened to the report on the "Yizheng City Land spatial master plan (preliminary results)", deliberated the planning plan of ganglong plot, Chengfa Building, and Yandu Huayuan Area A, deliberated the planning adjustment plan of the urban primary and secondary school plots and the north side of Nuanshan, deliberated the planning and design conditions of the former Evergrande plot II, the south side of the Evergrande project, the west side of Dongxin Business Plaza, and the north side of Fenglaiyi, and deliberated the site selection and plan of the relocation project of the Zhongbo Launch Pad in Yizheng City. With regard to the "Yizheng City Land Spatial Master Plan (Preliminary Results)," Li Lin demanded that it is necessary to make good connections with the nanjing and Yangzhou plans and constantly improve the city's land and spatial planning plans; to ensure the spatial requirements for project landing and urban development, and to further rely on the input of indicators; it is necessary to strengthen the regularization of point-like basic farmland within the boundaries of urban development and do a good job of optimization and adjustment; it is necessary to increase the intensity of competition and actively strive for planning indicators; it is necessary to promote the integration of multiple plans and ensure the organic connection of land spatial planning with other plans It is necessary to simultaneously enable urban control regulations and implement them in strict accordance with the control regulations.
Regarding the relevant urban project planning plan, Li Lin demanded that it is necessary to plan from a high starting point, further deepen the design, conscientiously do a good job in program docking and optimization, strengthen review and control, effectively improve the quality of urban projects, and strive to create high-quality projects.
Regarding the independent site selection of grain storage facilities in Yizheng City, Li Lin demanded that we should persist in seeking truth from facts, optimize the planning of grain silo distribution points, do a good job in fighting for the top, and vigorously and orderly promote the construction of grain storage facilities in our city.
Regarding the comprehensive upgrading and transformation project of Gongnong Road, Li Lin demanded that we should fully absorb the suggestions of planning experts and relevant departments and achieve integrated design; we should adhere to scientific planning and widen the intersection lanes as much as possible; we should improve supporting functions and improve the quality of greening and lighting; and on the basis of ensuring the quality of the project, we should save costs to the greatest extent. At the same time, Li Lin asked relevant departments to do a good job in feedback on project planning opinions, and supervise the implementation of rectification requirements for relevant projects.
