The Beijing Education Examination Institute reminds candidates that from November 27 to December 11, candidates should not leave Beijing non-essentially, reduce unnecessary gatherings and flows, do a good job of personal protection, take daily temperature measurement, record and monitor health status, and maintain the two points and one line of home and school.

According to the arrangement, from December 6, 2021 to December 11, 2021, candidates can print the admission ticket for the first English listening and speaking test through the website of the Beijing Education Examination Institute. On January 6, 2022, the results of the first English listening and speaking test will be released.

The reporter learned that the English listening and speaking test on December 11 was divided into six sessions, each exam lasted about 35 minutes, the candidates' exam sessions were randomly assigned, and the candidates participated in the exam according to the assigned sessions; candidates must enter the preparation room 30 minutes before the start of the designated session to prepare for the exam, and candidates who failed to enter the closed area or the exam preparation room on time were deemed to be absent and were not allowed to participate in the exam.

In terms of epidemic prevention and control, the Beijing Education Examination Institute said that candidates should abide by the regulations and requirements of beijing epidemic prevention and control. From November 27 to December 11, candidates should not leave Beijing unless necessary, reduce unnecessary gatherings and flows, do a good job of personal protection, take daily body temperature measurement, record and monitor health status, and maintain the two points and one line of home and school.

On the day of the test, candidates should enter the test center in an appropriate and orderly manner, maintain a distance of more than 1 meter in the test center, and undergo temperature checks; disposable medical masks should be worn in the test center (N95 masks are not recommended); they should be seated in the test room according to the designated position, and when entering and leaving the test room (computer room), they must use hand sanitizer to disinfect their hands.

When entering the test room, candidates should receive 1 disinfectant wipe to wipe the leather surface of the ear cups in contact with the ears before the test, and at the same time receive a disposable non-woven microphone sleeve, which can be applied to the microphone of the headphones in the test booth before the test starts. At the end of the test, candidates should take off the used non-woven microphone sleeve and take it with them with the used disinfectant wipes and bags and dispose of them in the designated position at the exit of the test room.

The Beijing Municipal College Entrance Examination English Listening and Speaking Test adopts the computer examination mode, implements two examinations a year, with a full score of 50 points, and takes the highest score of the two listening and speaking tests together with the written test results to form the English subject score and counts into the total score of the college entrance examination. The first English listening and speaking test for the 2022 college entrance examination was conducted on December 11, 2021, and the second on March 19, 2022. Candidates who achieve a perfect score in the first exam will no longer be scheduled to take the second exam.
