As an important construction achievement since the establishment of Lingang New Area more than two years ago, Chuangjing Technology Center has won the "Golden Steel Award" for metal structure of Shanghai Construction Project, the "Magnolia Award" for Shanghai Construction Engineering, the China Construction Engineering Decoration Award, the China Installation Engineering Quality Award (China Installation Star), and now it has won the highest honor of China's construction engineering quality - Luban Award! This is the first time that Lingang New Area has won this award.
Developed by Lingang Science and Technology City Company, a subsidiary of Lingang Group, Chuangjing Technology Center gathers Lingang Group and nearly 100 headquarters of enterprises in cutting-edge fields such as integrated circuits, artificial intelligence and digital economy, providing strong support for the development of science and technology innovation enterprises in the international innovation and synergy zone.
Chuangjing Technology Center is connected by three diamond-shaped office towers and three interconnected podiums, creating an open, collaborative and interactive innovative office environment as a whole. The crystal-like pure and bright glass curtain wall echoes with the color of the sea and sky not far away, and the building is implied by diamond crystals, implying that the International Innovation Synergy Zone is constantly nurturing and bursting with the light of innovative wisdom.
Chuangjing Technology Center is located in the core area of the International Innovation Collaboration Zone of Lingang New Area, adjacent to the S2 Harbor Avenue ramp, with the most convenient sea and land transportation advantages. The building covers an area of 41,890 square meters, with a total construction area of about 150,000 square meters. The tower is a core tube-steel frame structure, the podium is a steel truss beam structure, and the maximum height of the façade is about 90 meters.
Inspired by the aesthetics of diamond crystals, the architectural design of Chuangjing Technology Center is composed of a series of large folding surfaces, with a total of 48 inclined surfaces in three towers, and nearly 60 triangular polygons at different angles in the podium part, and a large span, large cantilever steel structure.
In the face of so many slopes and large spans, the project department of Chuangjing Technology Center actively responded, using BIM high-precision modeling technology to escort the high-quality construction of the project through technological innovation. BIM technology is like the wisdom of the chuangjing science and technology center in the construction process of the project, assisting in the management of construction period, business, quality and other aspects, especially for the inclined outer curtain wall, large span large cantilever steel structure, truss high-altitude installation and deformation control and other important processes, the use of BIM modeling, measurement technology and simulation positioning under the guidance of the high-altitude bulk method construction, and the various professions are all-round, three-dimensional, orderly and closely linked.
In view of the problems such as the tight construction period of the project and the large number of complex equipment in the corridor, the project department actively uses the pipeline comprehensive platform based on BIM technology to carry out three-dimensional modeling of the building, fine decoration, mechanical and electrical equipment pipeline, etc. before construction, and arrange the equipment and system pipelines to ensure that the installation specifications of each system are firm and smooth.
In terms of energy saving and emission reduction, Chuangjing Technology Center uses sanyin Low_E glass, compared with single and double silver glass with the same structure, sanyin Low_E glass infrared shielding ability, good thermal insulation and insulation performance, which can effectively reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning.
Chuangjing Technology Center has won many awards in the construction process of five years, including Shanghai Excellent Design Award, the second prize of the Fifth BIM Technology Application Competition in Shanghai Building and Construction Industry, the Shanghai Construction Industry New Technology Application Demonstration Project, the Shanghai Construction Project Green Construction Model Project, the Shanghai Science and Technology Award, the Shanghai Golden Steel Award, the Magnolia Award, and the Golden Stone Award for Excellent Stone Construction Project in the Yangtze River Delta. In addition, it also won the 2018 Shanghai Construction Engineering Quality Month and Comprehensive Excellence Observation, the 2019 National Mechanical and Electrical Installation Project Site "Double Creation" Observation, and the 2021 Shanghai Construction Project "Magnolia Award" (Municipal Quality Project) Observation, becoming the first construction project in Shanghai that integrates the whole process of structure, installation and decoration.
