It is hereby announced:
I. Forbidden Breeds of Fierce Dogs and Large Dogs (73 Species)
Afghan Hound, Argentine Dugo, Estrela Mountain Dog, Brazilian Fela, Bashinch, Spotted Dog, Billy Spaniel, Belgian Shepherd, Boeingda Hound, Bernese Mountain Dog, Long-bearded Shepherd, Great White Bear, Great Dane, Great Gasconi Blue Dog, Great Gasco-St. Today, Great Haired Dog, German Doberman, German Shepherd, Doberman, Flemish Shepherd, Caucasian, Dutch Lion, Czech Fox, Kemon, Lancil, Foxhound, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Maremma, Marinoa, Newfoundland, Akita, Boxer, Japanese Tosa, Shaker, St. Bernard, Spino, Soviet Shepherd, Weimare, Wisela, Snow, Bloodhound, Italian Braco, Italian Castello, Italian Neapolitan, Italian Twisted Bullion, English Bulldog, English Mastiff, Central Asian Shepherd, Bellington Terrier, Bird Terrier, Bulld Terrier, Kelly Blue Terrier, Border Terrier, Pit Bull Terrier, Stafford Bull Terrier, Classical English Shepherd, Pine Lion , Alaskan Husky, Australian Shepherd, American Bully (American Bully), Chuandong Hound (Water Dog), Kunming Dog, Laizhou Red Dog (Chinese Red Dog), Deer Hound (Scottish Deer Hound), Anatolian Shepherd, Bray Hound (Borui), Pharaoh Hound, Spanish Canary, Thin Dog (all breeds of fine dogs), All breeds of Mastiffs, all breeds of wolf dogs, Chinese Pastoral Dogs (height 40.7 cm or more) and other fierce dog breeds.
2. Explanation of the list of prohibited varieties
(1) Prohibited breeding that cannot be determined by public security organs and agricultural and rural departments organizing experts, but still cannot be determined.
(2) The breeds of hybrid dogs of each breed in the above list of prohibited breeds are prohibited from breeding.
(3) Large dogs and fierce dogs that appear in the growth process of dogs that have been registered and registered shall be assessed and determined by experts organized by public security organs and agricultural and rural departments, and the deregistration of dogs deemed to need to be banned shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the "Baoding Municipal Dog Management Regulations".
(4) Prohibition of breeding refers to the prohibition of breeding, sale, or reproduction.
Prohibited breeds of fierce dogs and large dogs will be re-announced to the public if there is any adjustment.
This Notice will come into effect on January 1, 2022, and the "List of Breeds of Dogs and Large Dogs Prohibited in Baoding City (69 Species)" promulgated by the municipal government in 2014 will be abolished at the same time.
