Lampard: I was embarrassed to bump into Pogba on the pitch after criticizing him

Live Bar Dec. 3, 2019 Lampard was a guest at Sky Sports and was asked if he enjoyed being a guest commentator and other issues.

Former Blues boss Frank Lampard explained: "I enjoy it, it's not scary, it's very new to me, you still have a moment of feeling like you're a player, there are still some team-mates in the game and you still remember that feeling. ”

Lampard went on to recall what happened after United signed Pogba, saying: "It's hard, I think I'm a decent guy, I remember I said something about Pogba in my first season and thought he had some bad influence in the game, I remember saying a few things when I was a midfielder and when I came out I really met him. I bumped into him and I think we were in the final, we were playing against Manchester United and I bumped into him and you know, when you were thinking 'Oh my God, I don't want to hit you' and I was feeling terrible and I don't know if I've overcome that. ”

After recalling the awkward moment with Pogba, Lampard then spoke about his opinion of general commentators: "I think you have to be honest, you can't stay neutral, you have to speak out frankly. I felt like I'd found a way and I enjoyed being a commentator, but it didn't give me the kind of real coaching excitement I longed for. ”
