It is reported that the three films co-produced by Xie Fei and Fu Jingsheng, "Xiangnu Xiaoxiao", "Black Horse", and "Yeshe Dolma", have been screened in Beiying. Part of this art exhibition is the related art creation of the photographer Jing Sheng in the film shooting of the three films.
Hu Zhifeng, deputy secretary of the party committee and vice president of the Beijing Film Academy, said in his opening speech that the "Xie Fei and Fu Jingsheng Film and Art Retrospective Exhibition" perfectly combines film and fine art, is a masterpiece of cross-border integration and innovative display of film art and traditional art, film artists and artists, a useful exploration to feel the mystery of creation and promote art education, and a major event for outstanding alumni to inherit the blood tradition of Beiying and enhance the cultural connotation of the campus. He said that this event reviewed a romantic period of Chinese cinema in the 1980s from the perspective of academic history, showing the practice and extension of artistic creativity of the older generation of filmmakers in an all-round and multi-dimensional way, and bringing new enlightenment to the exploration and innovation of art education.
Xie Fei, the curator of this event, expressed the hope that the works of retired teachers of various departments of Beiying can be "rescue-style" assembled exhibitions, as a wealth for those who have come over, and left to young students. We also welcome relevant professional teachers and students to move the classroom to the exhibition site, combined with physical explanations, the effect will be very good.
JingSheng, a photographer who loves painting, regards film as a "flowing painting", which is allegorical to the shadow and picturesque. When I made more than seventy TV series a year, I still brought the easels to the crew. Between shooting, he talked about painting as a rest of the anecdotes. He said that this exhibition presents the modeling art part under the overall framework of director Xie Fei, showing everyone the aesthetics and creative thinking of film art creation in the film era, hoping that the audience can understand the process of conception of the work by watching the works, fully appreciate the true meaning of film plastic arts, and more deeply perceive the unique charm of film as a "flowing painting".
It is reported that the exhibition will start from December 2, 2021 and end on December 31, 2021. Teachers and students of the Beijing Film Academy can visit according to the opening hours of the art museum.
