The British journal Nature published a paleontological study on the 1st, reanalyzing the fossil footprints of Letoli in northern Tanzania and found that more than one human race had walked on two feet about 3.6 million years ago. One set of footprints was previously thought to belong to early relatives of modern humans, but the study suggests that there is another set of traces belonging to an unidentified human race. These findings provide new insights into the origins of upright walking. (Science and Technology Daily, Gamma)
