Golden Throat's privatization plan has failed, and the shares will remain listed

On the evening of 30 November, Golden Announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that since the privatization plan had not been passed (by vote) by at least 75% of the votes attached to the shares of the Plan held by the non-interested shareholders voting at the court meeting and the votes cast at the court meeting against the resolution approving the plan exceeded (by vote) by more than 10% of the votes attached to all the planned shares held by the uninterested shareholders, the privatization plan would not be implemented and had lapsed, the offer period had ended, and the shares would remain listed on the Stock Exchange.

In August this year, Golden Throat issued an announcement proposing to privatize at HK$2.8 per share, and after the privatization transaction is completed, Golden Throat will be delisted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
