It is understood that at about 9 o'clock on November 29, the police on duty at the Wangzhai police station received a call from the people in the jurisdiction, Xia Mou, saying that a "big bird" fell near its vegetable garden, and some people recognized that this was an owl, which belonged to the national second-level protected animal, so it was hoped that the police could rescue it.
After the police arrived, they found that this "unlucky" little guy was trying to shrink himself into a ball, and a pair of iconic big eyes stared directly at the police. Although the owl has lost its ability to fly by this time, its sharp beak and claws are still dangerous. In order to avoid injury, the police found a plastic basket, covered it, and the little guy obediently stood still and let the police "dispose of it".
After the owl was placed, in order to allow it to receive formal and professional treatment, the police drove it to the Xiao County Wildlife Rescue Station. When the little guy is fully recovered, the rescue station staff will choose the right time to release him back into the forest.
