In order to implement the spirit of the Opinions on Strengthening the Pharmaceutical Affairs Management of Medical Institutions and Promoting the Rational Use of Drugs in Medical Institutions and promoting the high-quality development of Nanyang Pharmaceutical Administration, on November 26, the Nanyang Pharmaceutical Policy and Pharmaceutical Affairs Management Summit Forum was held in the conference room on the ninth floor of the training building of Nanyang Medical College.
Sun Wei, Director of the Pharmaceutical Administration Department of henan provincial health commission, Liu Mingwei, secretary of the party committee of Nanyang Medical College and executive deputy director of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, Gao Xianxin, secretary of the party group and director of the Nanyang Health and Sports Committee, Zhang Xiaojian, chairman of the Henan Provincial Pharmaceutical Affairs Management and Pharmacotherapy Committee and director of the Pharmacy Department of Zheng University First Affiliated Hospital, Shi Yanling, secretary general of the Henan Pharmaceutical Society, Hei Xituo and Wang Ying, member of the party group and deputy director of the Nanyang Municipal Health and Sports Committee, Zhang Shenghai, member of the party committee and vice president of Nanyang Medical College, Zhao Fusheng, secretary of the party committee of nanyang medical college, and other leaders attended the meeting. The relevant leaders of the Office, Medical Administration, Publicity And Administrative Examination and Approval Department of Nanyang Municipal Health and Sports Commission, all members of the Municipal Pharmaceutical Affairs Management and Pharmacotherapy Committee, deputy directors in charge of pharmaceutical administration work and chiefs of pharmacy administration sections of the county and district health commissions, as well as presidents of hospitals in central urban areas and vice presidents in charge of pharmacy, directors of pharmacy departments or chiefs of pharmacy departments attended the meeting. The conference was hosted by Nanyang Municipal Health and Sports Committee, co-organized by Nanyang Medical College, Nanyang Pharmaceutical Affairs Management and Pharmacotherapeutics Committee, and hosted by the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College. Sun Wei delivered a speech in which he introduced in detail the reform of pharmaceutical management work, the key work content of pharmaceutical administration, and gave high praise to Nanyang's pharmaceutical administration work. He congratulated the establishment of Henan's first prefectural and municipal pharmaceutical affairs management and pharmacotherapeutics committee and put forward new work requirements.
Gao Xianxin emphasized the importance of the establishment of the Nanyang Pharmaceutical Association, and pointed out the direction and requirements for the next step. He hoped that everyone would take the establishment of the professional committee as an opportunity, under the guidance of the Provincial Health Commission and the organization and coordination of the Municipal Health and Sports Committee, establish and improve the working mechanism of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Management and Pharmacotherapeutics Committee as soon as possible, further improve the drug selection process, implement the basic drug system, promote the comprehensive clinical evaluation of drugs, strengthen the clinical application management of drugs, and escort the rational use of drugs by the people.
At the meeting, Liu Mingwei and Gao Xianxin jointly inaugurated the "Nanyang Pharmaceutical Affairs Management and Pharmacotherapeutics Committee".
Gao Xianxin issued a letter of appointment to the deputies of the committee members. Wang Ying read out the "Notice of the Municipal Health Commission on the Establishment of the Nanyang Pharmaceutical Affairs Management and Pharmacotherapy Committee".
After the inauguration ceremony of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Association, Dr. Li Yijia, director of the cell drug transformation public service platform from Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute, explained the "Key Technologies for Cell Therapy Production", The Pharmacist Du Juan, Deputy Director of the Pharmacy Department of Henan Provincial Cancer Hospital, made a hot interpretation of the "Management Measures for the Clinical Application of Anti-tumor Drugs", Chen Du, a clinical pharmacist at Nanyang Central Hospital, explained the "Rational Application Management of Antibacterial Drugs", and Fang Cailin, a pharmacist of the Pharmacy Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College, explained the research progress of CAR-T cell immunotherapy. Li Quanchao, a pharmacist at the First People's Hospital of Nanyang City, shared the Interpretation of the National Essential Drugs Policy. A number of municipal committee members and experts interpreted the national drug policy, the basic drug system and the pharmaceutical management experience on the spot.
