"In the investigation, we also learned that in the circle of Ming's contact, an electronic cigarette is deeply loved by them, and the people who smoke this electronic cigarette are basically some ex-offenders with a history of drug abuse." After inspecting the contents of the intercepted Ming package, the police found a smoke bomb used for electronic cigarettes, and after testing and identifying the smoke bomb, it was found that it actually contained synthetic cannabinoids. The police introduced: "According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, new psychoactive substances such as 'whole class synthetic cannabinoids' are listed as drugs for control. ”
With Ming's parcel information, the special case team decided to follow the vine to find a melon and sort out Qingming's criminal chain according to the delivery information of the express parcel. "We found that Ming often received some mailing packages marked as "e-cigarette bombs" from a certain urban area in Chengdu during this time, and the mailing information was from a man surnamed Zhou in Chengdu. The police said that according to this surfaced Zhou, the special case team dug deep into the clues again, and soon found that this Zhou was actually involved in a very wide range.
"After we investigated Zhou, we basically sorted out the drug-related personnel who smoked this e-cigarette, and at the same time grasped another clue, this Zhou in addition to mailing e-cigarette bombs containing synthetic cannabinoids to Ming and other drug addicts in Deyang, he also mailed similar items to Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and many places in Sichuan Province." Moreover, the police also intercepted the package that Zhou mailed to the field, and also detected drug components in the e-cigarette bomb in it.
After identification and analysis, the task force determined that Zhou Mou injected the new spiritual living substance synthetic cannabinoid into a regular electronic cigarette bomb in the form of manual injection in the later stage, and then contacted the downline through the network, and finally sold it in the form of package delivery. At the same time, the special case team also grasped that Zhou Mou and a number of people who had purchased "electronic cigarettes" and had drug-related backgrounds had maintained abnormal capital transactions for a long time.
At this point, the vein of a drug trafficking network with Zhou Mou as the upper line and Ming Mou and many people inside and outside the province as the offline is basically clear.
On November 4, the special case team learned that Zhou mou once again sent a cigarette bomb package to Shanghai, and contacted the Shanghai police at the first time to help solve the case. Based on clues provided by the Jingyang police, the Shanghai police arrested the recipient of the package, and the urine test results showed that the recipient had smoked synthetic cannabinoids. At the same time, the task force also detected synthetic cannabinoids in a smoke bomb in another package sent by Zhou to Beijing.
The chain of evidence has been clear, and the task force decided to close the net immediately. "We have mastered the activity trajectory and residential address of Zhou and Ming in the preliminary investigation, at about 9 o'clock in the morning of the operation, after careful control, we divided the soldiers into two roads, attacked at the same time, Chengdu and Deyang at the same time closed the net, Zhou and Ming and others were arrested in one fell swoop, and 3 bottles of electronic cigarette oil containing synthetic cannabinoids were found in Zhou's home, a total of 10 ml."
