After the deliberation and approval of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Company signed a Settlement Agreement with the original shareholders of Mochikaka (the "Compensation Obligor") on the same day, and reached a settlement with the Compensation Obligor on the matter of performance compensation litigation.
On November 24, 2021, the company received the second instalment of compensation of 30 million yuan, and as of now, the total amount of compensation has been recovered by 70 million yuan. At present, in the normal performance of the Settlement Agreement, there is still uncertainty about the recovery of the remaining 20 million yuan of performance compensation.
