On 23 November, Vanke Overseas (01036.HK) announced that Mr. Zhang Xu has resigned as Chairman and Executive Director and no longer serves as a member of the Nomination Committee to allow more time to deal with other businesses; Sun Jia has been appointed as chairman, executive Director and member of the Nomination Committee; and as a result of Zhang Xu's resignation, he will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee and Sun Jia will become a member of the Nomination Committee; with effect from 23 November 2021.
