She is enthusiastic, optimistic and energetic, with feminine delicacy and gentleness, but what impresses people the most is her rationality, creativity and self-improvement as an architectural and interior designer. In 2006, she started a business and founded the Mingpin Space Design, and at that time she had just graduated for a few months, bold and fearless, led 5 people to pull up a team, so it started, more than 20 years of ups and downs, with "design" to train a hard armor, you can talk and laugh at any time, you can also implement the landing at any time.

What is the value of design?
"What is the value of design? I think it's respect for design. Design plays a bridge relationship, one end is connected to the customer, the other is connected to the designer, we want to use the profession as a designer to enter our customers, which is the respect for design," Liu Wei said.

Liu Wei loves design and dedicates the first half of her life to design. Different from the femininity of ordinary female designers, what she reveals is the stability and tenacity after the baptism of years.
Liu Wei insisted that in addition to rationally analyzing the perfection of functionality and artistically expressing the spatial structure, space design also requires the responsibility and responsibility of designers. The users and maintainers of the avatar space emotionally give the space a humanistic spirit by translating customer needs, causing empathy and harmony of the viewer, which is the meaning of the design.
Compared with the external presentation of design, Liu Wei pays more attention to the encouragement of the word "design" to herself. SIDW: What do you think the rise of contemporary female designers has brought to the industry?
Liu Wei: In fact, female designers have always existed, which is a group that is concerned and cared for. The female power injected into the design world is a gentle force, so that the design is not completely rigid, with a certain sense of softness.
SIDW: Designer, founder, daughter, wife, mom, which of these identities do you like the most?
Liu Wei: Life can't choose like or dislike. When we enter an environment, we have to adapt to the needs of the current environment. In what kind of environment we have, we must do what we should do and play the role we should do.
SIDW: As a female designer, what aspects of design do you think women are more sensitive and good at than male designers?
Liu Wei: Women will observe the space more carefully. On the basis of the control of the space block surface, there will be more soft and feminine details, more emotional experience will be injected, and the content presented will be relatively fuller.
SIDW: What do you think is the most important and valuable thing in the design industry?
Liu Wei: Everyone has respect for their own industry and has a good ability to control what they do. Be in your own position and take responsibility. To treat customers, we must have a deep understanding of the voice of customers, and through the professional knowledge of designers, we must serve our customers well.
SIDW: When design is a transition to managers, how do you solve problems and challenges?
Liu Wei: This process is constantly challenging, and what we have to do is to cultivate the mind. Whenever you encounter a difficult obstacle, calm down, open the knot, push the difficulty forward, and live the life in front of you.
