Relax the brain. When the brain is most relaxed, there will often be a flash of inspiration, such as bathing, going to the toilet, brushing teeth, etc.

However, once the inspiration comes, the first thing to do is to act immediately, record it and form a paragraph or article, a record of only a few words, but it will make us forget why we recorded this sentence at that time.

I am a person who does not like to use his brain, typical of the heart wide body fat, so the white hair is relatively small. Writing is also a thing that requires thinking and clear words, which is inevitably a challenge to get out of your comfort zone.

Every day I write, I first go through the topic of writing that day's request is about which direction. If there is a requirement to do it according to the established requirements, it is like a primary school student who cannot write according to the strokes of the teacher's words. When you play freely in the later stage, you will find your favorite content or audience area. When I wrote it, I found that I actually wrote it according to my liking. I think this is what is often said, if there is no love and impulse to write, then the writing thing will not last long.

Usually when I'm alone in the shower, the water from the shower is pouring down my head and I'm most inspired when I close my eyes. If you have not yet thought about the theme of writing, sometimes a theme will suddenly appear, you can follow this series to write.

Therefore, inspiration is vague and fleeting. We don't always catch the arrival of the "muse." Writing should be like a professional, setting aside a fixed time every day to do what should be done.

In the next three months, my time is more tight, and the writing will be left at night after coaxing the baby to sleep. Listening to her breathing in and out is my most relaxing music, really more comfortable than any piano song or pure music.

Of course, writing is flow time, and it probably takes two hours to write an essay. If there is time during the day, I will sort out the material I want to write that day, and the writing at night will be much easier, and it will be much easier to form an idea during the day, and write according to the established outline; if it is like today, without any preparation, the time will be very tight, and it will take a long time to find the material, conceive, write, and modify from scratch.

But no matter what, I will write a daily change every day.

The more people who write diligently for a long time, the inspiration will also feel that the more they write, it is like a hundred passes, and the wider they go.
