On November 18, the Theoretical Learning Center Group of the Anhua County Party Committee launched a special study in November to convey the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the relevant meetings at the central, provincial and municipal levels to study anti-drug work. Liu Yonghui demanded that all levels of the county should further strengthen their ideological understanding, improve their political standing, more comprehensively, accurately, and profoundly understand the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee, earnestly unify their thinking and actions with the spirit of the plenum, and do a good job in studying, publicizing, and implementing it, so as to arm their minds, guide practice, and promote work.
