After the confirmed cases were discharged from the hospital after treatment and met the discharge criteria, they were successively transferred to the rehabilitation ward of the Fourth People's Hospital of the Autonomous Region for a two-week period of centralized isolation and rehabilitation, during which 5 nucleic acid tests were completed.
During the rehabilitation period, each person's health status is closely monitored. If the body is abnormal, it will be dealt with in a timely manner.
At the end of the 14-day centralized isolation and rehabilitation period, after the autonomous region's diagnosis and treatment expert group has discharged the relevant personnel for 2 weeks to re-diagnose and assess that there is no abnormality, they can be returned by the epidemic work headquarters of the place of residence in a closed loop, which has no impact on the residents of the community.
As of 8 o'clock on November 18, of the 45 confirmed patients, 17 cases have not yet been cured and discharged from the hospital, and these 17 patients are currently in the recovery period of lesion dissipation, if there is no accident, all of them should be recovered and discharged in about 10 days.
In addition, the two medium-risk communities in Xingqing District and Jinfeng District are the key areas of this round of epidemic prevention and control, and before adjusting to low risk, there have been no new infected people for 14 consecutive days, the last round of nucleic acid test results are also negative, and the close contacts of the last confirmed case have been isolated for medical observation for more than 14 days.
The adjustment of these two communities to low risk is the key node for the current round of epidemic control to enter a positive direction, and it can be said that the current round of epidemic has been effectively controlled.
After the adjustment of the two communities to low risk, the sealing control will be lifted in time, but in accordance with the principle of "controlling key people and letting go of ordinary people", the close contact and sub-close contact personnel in the community who take home isolation medical observation for some special reasons still need to complete 7 days of home isolation or health monitoring and 7 days of measures to leave the community as required, and other risk monitoring personnel will lift the sealing measures, but in principle, they will not leave Yinchuan within 14 days since the closure is lifted.
After the centralized isolation of close and sub-close contact personnel living in these two communities is lifted, they can return to the community to complete follow-up home isolation medical observation or health monitoring measures.
