On November 13, Ms. Wang received a fraudulent phone call impersonating the "Public Prosecutor's Law", falsely claiming that Ms. Wang's social security card was stolen and suspected of fraud, and then through QQ video chat, asked Ms. Wang to transfer money to the police's exclusive account to verify the flow of funds.
