When winter comes, you can always see the sad scene of couriers and takeaway brothers eating with cold wind on the battery car and the flower beds in the community. In this winter, Hangzhou is different: in September and October this year, the relevant personnel of Zhuantang Street in the West Lake District visited a number of couriers and takeaway brothers, collected their needs, and jointly transformed a bus with the China Academy of Art. The bus body is warm orange, the middle of the carriage is a rest area, there are refrigerators, microwave ovens, card seats, etc., providing hot water, rain ponchos, helmets, mobile phone charging, newspaper and periodical reading and other services, as well as medical and maintenance tools area... This mobile service station is called "Warm Bee Bus".

Although it is only a small station converted from an abandoned car, the impact it brings and the energy hidden behind it cannot be ignored.

For couriers and takeaways who run around all corners of the city every day, the "warm bee bus" is a caring and convenient existence. For the riders to provide an environment where they can boil hot water and charge their mobile phones, the seemingly simplest and insignificant service reflects a sense of seeing, and subtly and subtly increasing the joy of the riders' work and the sense of belonging to the city. Couriers and delivery workers are citizens of the city, their working conditions should be cared for and improved, and their rights and interests should be valued and protected. The "Warm Bee Bus" can help them get rid of the stereotype of the public and become a new employment group in a city that is respected, valued and cared for.

The "Warm Bee Bus" is also of great significance to college students. The "Warm Bee Bus" is a public welfare service station jointly designed and built by the street and volunteer students of the China Academy of Art. The students of the Academy of Fine Arts felt that the couriers and takeaways were as busy as bees, and thought that orange could bring people a sense of warmth, so there was a "warm bee bus" with the image of orange bees. Such cooperative projects can help college students to shift their attention from the relatively closed ivory tower to the whole society, and understanding society, serving society, enthusiastic public welfare, and devoting themselves to practice are an important part of college students' personality education. The "Warm Bee Bus" is one of the bridges and an opportunity, which makes students aware of the plight and development of new employment groups; trains them to be more sensitive to social issues and see social phenomena more warmly; teaches them to learn to see and try to care; and enlightens them to maintain innovative habits and have the ability to practice...

The "Warm Bee Bus" has played a positive circular role in promoting the harmonious development of the entire city. Building mobile service stations for new employment groups and better protecting their rights and interests is itself the embodiment of the advanced nature of a city's service construction. The "Warm Bee Bus" protects the physical and mental health of the riders, making them more active and motivated in the face of work; it also awakens the understanding and care of the general public, making them treat couriers and takeaway brothers with a more tolerant attitude. Nowadays, the contradictions between merchants, riders and users that are common in urban development may be effectively alleviated, and the relationship between people is no longer just a cold mobile phone and software, but also a warmth in it. Such a city will be more harmonious, inclusive and attractive.

At the same time, the mobile service station "Warm Bee Bus" is also the starting point for the re-innovation of urban service construction, providing fresh ideas and models for the harmonious development of the city. Promoting the solution of people's livelihood problems and providing more and more heart-warming services will be a city's unremitting pursuit of goals and development directions.
